Travis pulled an "I ain't no snitch" about the shiv but someone did give it to him, and it wasn't Jack. It shouldn't be difficult to narrow down the possibilities. Alex seems most likely of the inmates I've interacted with. Silco? I haven't spoken with him much. Someone with the technical knowledge to pull the robots apart *and* the forethought to pass weapons to the most obviously violent inmates.

[ It's been a week and change since port, since Theo's valiant attempt to escape. It's been even more since Rhys let some wardens know about those plans in hopes to win some measure of favor. It's time to see if that paid off outside the obvious.

So here he is! At the base of Williams pod (given he's taken a top bunk at all) holding two cups of coffee from the mess hall. He takes a deep breath, straightening up and putting on what he hopes is an approachable expression.]
